🏑 Field Hockey drew Liberty in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament (more below 👀)

⚽ Men’s Soccer outlasted Virginia in PK’s to advance in the ACC Tournament

🏀 Dyaisha Fair was named to the Naismith Player of the Year watchlist

🏀 Coach Autry secured his first win as head coach of the Orange on Monday night with an appropriate celebration from the squad

With the opening round of the NCAA Tournament on Friday, we thought it would be appropriate to look back on a post-season-worthy campaign

  • Cuse will head to Durham, North Carolina where the No. 3 seeded Duke Blue Devils will host three games with the Orange’s opening-round matchup coming against No. 7 seed Liberty

  • Syracuse finished 10-7, 2-4 in ACC play that includes three of the top four teams in the country

  • Eefke Van den Nieuwenhof was named ACC Defensive Player of the Year while Charlotte de Vries and Pieke van den Pas received All-ACC First Team honors

  • Liberty mowed their way to a 17-2 overall record, undefeated in Big East play with three nationally-ranked wins including an OT victory over No. 1 North Carolina
