😤 LEADING THE PACK

Junior attackman Joey Spallina was named ACC Offensive Player of the Week after a 10-point performance against Vermont, scoring five goals and assisting on five more (READ MORE).

Men’s Lacrosse remains ranked No. 2 nationally at 3-0, set for a top-10 clash with No. 6 Maryland on Saturday (READ MORE).

🏀 STARTING FIVE

Men’s Hoops (11-14) welcomes UNC (14-11) to the Dome for a Saturday night showdown:

  • The Heels return to the court after a steep 85-65 loss to Clemson

  • Prior to being taken down by the Tigers, UNC secured a tight 67-66 victory over Pitt with RJ Davis leading the Tar Heels in scoring for the 11th time this season with 18 points

  • 5th-year guard RJ Davis is among 10 players nationally named as candidates for the 2025 Jerry West Award

  • Davis has become the seventh ACC player to score 2,500 points

  • The Tar Heels hold a road record of 3-6 and sit at 7-6 in conference matchups

Women’s Basketball (10-14) hits the road to take on the California Golden Bears (19-6) on Sunday:

  • The Golden Bears will face Boston College before welcoming the Orange on Sunday, the matchup with BC follows a 91-52 loss to No. 3 Notre Dame on Sunday

  • At 19-6, Cal is off to its best overall start under Smith since the 2012-13 season (19-2)

  • On Feb. 4, Krimili and Kayla Williams were named to the Women's College All-Star Game Watch List, comprised of 70 of the top seniors in the country.

  • Krimili's 406 career 3-pointers rank 14th on the NCAA's all-time career list.

  • Entering this week, Cal is 1 of only 10 schools in the country to have five players averaging over 10 points per game.
