🥎 Softball has unveiled its 2024 schedule (more below)

🏈 Jon Schaefer joins the football staff as a defensive backs coach, most recently with Texas A&M

⚽ Add another pro Orange to the mix, Josh Belluz has signed a contract with Colorado Rapids 2 in the MLS Next Pro League

🏈 Head Football Coach Fran Brown has hired Robert Wright as Co-Defensive Coordinator/Linebackers Coach from Buffalo

Softball has unveiled its 2024 slate with a February 9 start date down in sunny Conway, South Carolina

Let’s take a look at what’s ahead for the Orange, shall we? 👇

• The season-opener on the campus of Coastal Carolina features games against Bucknell, George Washington, Campbell, and the host Chanticleers

• The Orange are in Louisiana for two straight invitationals to round out the month of February; the Southeast Louisiana Lion Classic and a multi-team event in Monroe

• March sees the ACC opener at Duke before Georgia Tech (March 28-30) and Clemson (April 5-7) come to Skytop Softball Stadium

• A three-game home series against Virginia Tech rounds out the regular season May 3-5

• There are approximately five programs that were in the NCAA Tournament last season on this year’s schedule 👀
